Adult Onset Still’s Disease (AOSD) is a rare form of inflammatory arthritis that affects adults. It is characterized by high fever, joint pain and swelling, and a salmon-pink rash. Other symptoms may include fatigue, enlarged lymph nodes, and an enlarged spleen. AOSD is an autoimmune disorder, meaning the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissue.
